Overview
Full Odoo ERP rollout for an anonymised enterprise client. Replaced a failing POS and a tangle of manual reconciliations with a unified system (POS, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting and HR) configured around how the business actually operates day-to-day.
What this proves

Audited every business process and mapped them onto the relevant Odoo modules before a line of config was written.

Migrated historical data from the legacy POS and spreadsheets into Odoo without downtime or data loss.
