01 — The challenge
Ghanaian contractors and businesses buy building materials through scattered WhatsApp chats and paper proformas — no verified pricing, no approval trail, and counter sales that never reconcile with stock or cash. Owners couldn't tell whether they were actually making money.

We modelled approval and proforma flows around how contractors work on site, then built an Odoo-style back office — orders, inventory, purchasing, accounting, payroll and POS shifts — wired to a storefront and courier settlement so every counter sale hits one source of stock and cash truth.
03 — The result
One procurement OS replacing the WhatsApp-and-paper workflow: 20+ back-office modules, an in-house POS and a public storefront kept in sync, giving the business a single real-time view of stock, orders and cash.
